Searching for body awareness.
Intensive training course with exercises and sequences using tango and non tango music.
Abrazo and posture, caminatas, empujes and descargas, types of disassociation, pivots, ascendent and crescent spirals, planeos, giros' structures, alteraciones, embellishments and interpretation in different melodies.
Need socks, heels and comfortable clothes for doing stretching.
